BIBLE CLUB Bible Club will ring the Salvation Army Bell on Tuesday, Dec. 19 from 4:00PM to 6:00PM. Please stop by Mrs. Campbell's room to sign up and get important information.

2ND QUARTER PERFECT ATTENDANCE/DISCIPLINE TRIP The Student Pride Committee is currently planning the 2nd quarter trip. It's going to be a fun one and one you won't want to miss. We are only looking at attendance and discipline from 2nd quarter for this trip. If you missed out 1st quarter because of a write up or attendance, you can still qualify. You have until Christmas break to earn the trip. REMEMBER--GOOD ATTENDANCE AND GOOD BEHAVIOR for the next few weeks!

SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUESTS Schedule change request forms are in our office. All requests are due by Dec 18. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER THAT DATE, unless teacher/parent request.

AMBASSADOR MEETING An Ambassador meeting will be held in Mrs. Cordia's room on Tuesday, December 19th at 7:30am.

BASKETBALL FILMER NEEDED.... Coach Hale is looking for someone that would be willing to attend basketball games and film for the team. If interested, see Coach Hale.

UNITEC STUDENTS There will be no Unitec the week of 12/18 - 12/20. Unitec students do not need to be present during their Unitec time but must come to their PHS Campus classes or you will be counted absent. Please remember to sign in at the office when you come and go during this time.

SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUESTS If you have submitted a schedule change request form, you need to pick up your new schedule in the counseling office before/after school or in between classes.

JUNIORS AND SENIORS You might consider adding Supervised Business Experience SBE to your 2nd semester schedule. This is great work experience and will enhance your resume. There are a few prerequisites and you must have 2 class periods available in your schedule and good attendance/grades are a must. See Mrs. Portell for more info.

NHS SENIORS The NHS Scholarship portal has been open on the web. See Mrs. Mercille for instructions on how to apply.

ACCEPTANCE BOARD! Seniors, you may have noticed the Acceptance Bulletin Board near the Cafeteria. If you've been accepted to a college and want your letter on the board, bring it to Mr. Portell so he can make a copy and he'll put it on the board for you!

SENIORS EARLY RELEASE NEXT SEMESTER Seniors who applied for Early Release need to call the office on January 5 to verify their application was approved and all requirements were met.

MAC SCHOLARSHIP! If you're planning on attending Mineral Area College, their 2018-2019 Scholarship Applications are now available to fill out! There is a general scholarship application that ALL PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS should fill out, and there are also separate scholarships for art, music and theater. Come see Mr. Portell in the Counseling Office for more information, the main scholarship application is due by February 1st.
